started back at aerials tonight - hurrah! feel those trapezius muscles working like the blazes...oh yeah! we did a good hour and a half on tissu, which is two hanging silks, for the uninitiated (will try and find a good pic) which was hard work after 6 weeks off! french and russian climbs, trying the ludicrous straddle climb, trying catches drops from a veeery short distance off the ground, and the beautiful 'washing line' which is from catches position..kinda... it was rad! kudos to helen and nicole who were with me on the less accomplished side of the warehouse as we watched in amazement as heidi, jane, emma and tanya did amazingly beautiful drops from daring heights.

hurrah for aerials!

oh wow, how rad! i wanna be in a london park playing takraw! is it warm over there??
its hard to give tips on poi without demo-ing, but i think of myself in a box, and try to keep the poi spinning in straight planes...like in front, behind or to the sides, but not on an angle...does that make sense?
and when youre back you MUST join the beginners aerial class! that would rock!
