hello hello!
went to unhinged last night - a short film festival at the IPAC - which was...how to put it...there was a definate r_a_n_g_e of talent in the writing and acting. there was a great piece by holly about a woman whose husband has been turned into a tree, a musical murder mystery and an excellent monologue about, well, the life of a petrol head, who witnesses a terrible accident and then runs down some kids who threaten her...sounds kitsch but it was superb.
today neil and i slept in llllaaaaaattttteeee which was lovely and now i've kicked him off the computer to do this...so i better give it back.
love y'all!

gday jess!
any luck with logging on as your own identity? and what have you been up to? and i am gunna audition for an amateur "Stepping Out" at the Roo Theatre in Shellharbour (near Gong). Hurrah!
9:58 pm
Hey Ro.
No, didn't attempt to yet. But glad it got through! Hey, what part are you auditioning for in 'Stepping Out'? I can imagine you doing a couple actually - the part Sarah played maybe? (Maxine). hmmm....struggling to remember others...oh! the part Sedelle played? (Annie?)
Anyway, I am:
- teaching Drama twice a week at Shore Prep. School.
- involved with Servants (of Jesus) community (gatherings, regularly play and sing in worship band there and other 'happenings'), Weekly Bible Study, etc. etc.
- Home Help/Home Care job - like it!
- Re-taking up(?!) singing lessons - VERY exciting.
- Getting name of agent will try to see.
Practicing, dance lessons, looking to put on Drama classes at the S.O.J. centre.
That's it!
Love, Jess x

go jess go! sounds rad!! keep it up mate!
yeah, not sure about what role...called the director and he seemed ultra-casual about the audition, so i think i'll just rock up. he did mention that Andie (sedelle's role) was an older woman, so they must have changed it for Wesley (in terms of age) but i love that part! so vulnerable...oh well...we shall see. i'll let you know! :)

i must have mis-heard the director, cos i ended up reading for Andy! tried Lynne as well, who was played by Kristy. will know by tomorrow night probably! yay!
